Local Plan Allocations
Discovery Land & Planning will promote your land through the Local Plan process to secure an allocation for development.
The site above was part of an agricultural field lying adjacent to the village of Sandhurst, Kent. The site was promoted through the Tunbridge Wells Local Plan and we secured an allocation for 15 units.
Working with housing developer Clarendon Homes, an early application was submitted to the planning authority and permission was granted for a scheme of 15 units, comprising 9 market homes and 6 affordable homes. The 6 affordable homes have already been secured by English Rural Housing Association and construction began in Autumn 2022.
